Job summary

Galacon Infrastructure And Projects seeks an experienced HR professional to manage on-site HR operations at our Hyderabad construction site. You will oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs and welfare administration.

You will ensure PF/ESI/minimum wages compliance, liaise with labour contractors, maintain records, handle grievances, and prepare HR MIS reports for management.

Qualifications

• End-to-end HR operations at a construction site.
• Manpower planning and workforce deployment.
• Recruitment, onboarding, joining and exit formalities.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime and payroll inputs.
• Ensure PF/ESI/minimum wages and labour-law compliance.
• Coordinate with labour contractors for wage payments.
• Maintain employee records and registers.
• Handle grievances and welfare activities.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Accounts and HO.
• Site administration, accommodation, transport and canteen.
• Implement HR policies at the site.
• Prepare HR MIS and manpower/compliance reports.

3. Manage recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities and employee exit processes.
4. Monitor daily attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs for site employees and labourers.
5. Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, minimum wages, labour laws and other applicable regulations.
6. Coordinate with labour contractors for manpower requirements, wage payments and labour-related documentation.
7. Maintain employee records, attendance registers, labour records and statutory registers.
8. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, welfare activities and workforce-related issues.
9. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Accounts and Head Office for smooth HR operations.
10. Manage site administration, employee accommodation, transportation, canteen and other welfare facilities.
11. Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures at the project site.
12. Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports and compliance updates for management.

Language

Hindi is mandatory. Candidate must have good Hindi communication skills.
