Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Chennai seeks an HR data specialist to manage employee data operations with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and service orientation. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, plus hands-on Excel proficiency.

You will create reports and dashboards using Excel, SAP ECC, and SAP SuccessFactors, applying UK HR processes and policies while communicating data-driven insights to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data and insights to HR leadership.
• Knowledge of UK HR processes and hands on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of case management through ticketing tools.
