JSW Steel in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to manage employee data, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. You will ensure timely HRIS updates and collaborate with internal stakeholders on benefits and salaries.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in HR Operations, an MBA/PGDM in HR/IR, strong SAP HR skills, and knowledge of Darwin Box is a plus. Ability to work independently and night shifts if required may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in HR Operations or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in SAP HR module; knowledge of Darwin Box software an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems; ability to work independently on night shifts (if required).
