Job summary

Connexions Management Consultants is seeking an HR Manager in Jaipur with 6–10 years of HR experience and MBA/PGDM in HR. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment for drivers, technicians, supervisors, managers and staff, plus onboarding, documentation, PF/ESI and attrition management.

The candidate should be hands-on, capable of building HR processes and recruitment systems from the ground up, and prefer experience in transport/logistics or staffing industries.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred with 6–10 years HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment across drivers, housekeeping staff, technicians, supervisors, managers and office staff.
• Strong understanding of onboarding, documentation, background verification, PF/ESI, HR operations and attrition management.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR processes, SOPs and recruitment systems from the ground up.
• Lead onboarding, documentation, background verification and compliance activities.
• Drive recruitment for multiple functions in transport/logistics, facility management and staffing sectors.
