Job summary

NVS Consultants Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR professional to support HR operations at our manufacturing plant in MP. The role covers recruitment, manpower planning, payroll, compliance, and labour relations.

Key responsibilities include managing contract labour, factory HR & administration, and driving training, employee welfare and engagement, along with HR MIS reporting to support operations and compliance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Candidate with strong experience in manufacturing plant HR, workmen handling and labour-law compliance.
• Experience in payroll, contract labour management and industrial relations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Operations across the plant, including recruitment and manpower planning.
• Manage payroll and salary administration processes.
• Ensure statutory compliance and industrial relations are maintained.
• Handle contract labour management and factory HR & administration duties.
• Coordinate training and development, employee welfare and engagement, and HR MIS reporting.
