Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in HR Generalist/Operations/HRBP roles.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on HR professional with strong business orientation to independently manage the complete HR function for Gadgeon Lifestyle and partner closely with the leadership team in building a strong and professional organization. The position will oversee HR operations and partner with business leaders on people, performance, employee relations, organizational and workforce matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end HR function.
• Partner with business heads and managers on manpower planning, organizational requirements and people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns with objectivity, discretion and sound judgement.
• Oversee the recruitment function, guide the recruitment team and ensure timely closure of manpower requirement.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines aligned with business needs and legal requirements.
• Drive initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, retention, learning and development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance and other functions on payroll, benefits and other HR operations.
• Maintain appropriate HR records, HRMS and management reports and provide relevant HR insights to leadership.
• Continuously improve HR practices and support organizational growth and change.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, HRBP or similar roles.
• Strong practical knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance and employment regulations.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
• Proven experience in HR policy creation, implementation and governance.
• Good understanding of performance management, employee engagement, retention and HR operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality, empathy and sound judgement.
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience with HRMS and HR reporting.
• Ability to work independently across a multi-business, project-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Home Automation, Solar, Industrial Automation, Engineering, Technology, Electrical/Electronics, Projects or Field Services.
• Experience managing employees across project sites, customer locations, installation, commissioning and field operations.
• Exposure to labour inspections, statutory audits, domestic enquiries and interaction with HR/legal consultants.
• Experience in building HR practices for a growing and evolving organization.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
