Building Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (BSIPL) in Agra is hiring an HR Manager to lead recruitment, workforce management, and admin support for our growing manufacturing team.

The role focuses on building and maintaining shop-floor and admin staffing, managing onboarding, manpower planning, and day-to-day employee relations with a warm, people-first culture on-site in Agra. You will own hiring, retention, compliance with UP regulations (PF/ESI), and HRIS data management, delivering monthly workforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing/factory-floor setup.
• Comfortable working directly with supervisors and floor staff.
• Working knowledge of labour compliance and basic HRIS tools.

About the HR Manager Role in Agra

We're looking for an HR Manager in Agra whose core focus is building and maintaining our shop-floor and admin workforce.

This includes recruiting new team members, keeping the team stable, and supporting admin-side operations. This is a hands-on, floor-facing HR role with real ownership and a warm, people-first culture to work in.

What You'll Do as HR Manager

Recruitment & Workforce Building
