• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
• 58 years of experience in HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage HR operations independently and work closely with management.
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation is essential.
