Job summary

Expo Advanced Materials Private Limited in Noida is seeking an experienced HR Manager to independently manage the complete HR department and factory HR operations. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and compliance across office and factory settings.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of HR leadership experience, particularly in manufacturing, with strong payroll, PF, ESIC and labour law knowledge and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of HR Manager experience.
• Experience as HR Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience handling complete HR operations.
• Manufacturing / Factory HR experience preferred.
• Experience handling payroll, PF, ESIC and labour law compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complete HR operations for the factory and office.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation and exit formalities.
• Handle attendance, leave management and payroll coordination.
• Manage PF, ESIC, labour law and statutory compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
• Coordinate with all HODs for manpower requirements.
• Manage performance appraisals, training and employee development.
• Maintain employee records, HR MIS and statutory registers.
• Manage employee welfare, engagement and workplace discipline.
• Report directly to management and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.

• Candidates with relevant indirect manufacturing HR experience may also be considered.
• Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, PF, ESIC and labour law compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
