Job summary

Nipl Consultants in Delhi invites an HR professional to join our team. You will drive recruitment, onboard new hires, manage payroll and ensure statutory compliance for our workforce.

You will develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, performance management, attendance, and HR documentation, while generating MIS reports to support strategic decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
