Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
• Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Conduct training and development programs for employees
• Create and maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and benefits information
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Manage and maintain HRIS system and other HR databases
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee retention strategies
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
