Job summary

Axis My India Ltd is seeking a senior HR professional to oversee the complete Employee Life Cycle, ensure policy compliance, and drive performance management. You will manage HRMIS and MIS reporting, align KRAs/KPIs, and lead employee engagement initiatives.

Ideal candidates possess a Master’s in HR or MBA, 10+ years in HR operations, and strong communication. This on-site Mumbai role offers competitive salary and health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Employee Life Cycle from induction to exit.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage Performance Appraisal cycles and KRA/KPI alignment.
• Lead HRMIS and MIS reporting, including key HR metrics.
• Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities.
• Coordinate with Finance/IT for settlements and exits.

• Robustunderstanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.


• Manage theentire Employee Life Cycle (ELC)from Induction to Exit.


• Overseeemployee welfare initiatives and grievance handling.


• Maintain andensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Performance & PolicyManagement

• Manage PerformanceAppraisal Cyclesand ensure timely completion.


• Maintain SelfPMS, task lists, checklists, and workflow processes.


• Supportdepartments with KRA/KPI alignment and performance tracking.

HR MIS & Reporting

• Maintainaccurate and updated Employee MIS.


• MaintainingFile of new Joiners.


• Prepareand share HR reports including:


• Employee Exit Tracker


• Attrition Report


• Monthly Birthday & AnniversaryReport


• Daily/Monthly New Joiner Report


• ManageMIS activities for new joiners:


• IT coordination


• Organizational announcement

EmployeeEngagement

• Createand execute the Employee Engagement Calendar.


• Planactivities and events to enhance culture and retention.


• Maintainand circulate the annual Holiday List.

Exit &Separation Management

• Processresignations, conduct exit interviews, and document insights.


• PrepareAction Taken Summaryfor management.


• Coordinatewith Finance/IT for full & final settlements.


• Strongunderstanding of HR operations and compliance.


• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities.


• Experiencein HRMS and MIS reporting.
