Job summary

Delta Recruitment Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks an experienced HR Manager for a manufacturing organization. You will oversee the complete HR function, including Plant HR, Industrial Relations, Labour Law compliance, recruitment, payroll, PMS, training and employee engagement.

You will work closely with the Plant Head and senior management to foster a productive, compliant and positive work environment that supports business goals and employee welfare.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of HR experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong Plant HR, IR & Employee Relations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience handling workmen, contract labour and shop-floor staff.
• Exposure to recruitment, payroll, PMS, training and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• 10-15 years of overall HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial/plant environments.
• Strong experience in Plant HR, IR & Employee Relations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience in handling workmen, contract labour and shop-floor employees.
• Strong exposure to recruitment, payroll, PMS, training and employee engagement.

Salary - 16 LPA to 18 LPA
