Job summary

Venus Hr Consultancy Surat is seeking an experienced HR Manager with manufacturing/industrial HR exposure to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, compliance, and HR process implementation.

The role requires MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred) and 3-6 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of HR operations, labour compliance, and employee relations, including PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and factory compliance.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
