HDI Outsourcing Services is seeking an experienced Plant HR professional to oversee HR and Admin functions within a manufacturing plant in Haryana. The role requires deep knowledge of labour laws and strong communication skills to manage welfare and development programs.

The candidate should have at least 10 years of Plant HR experience, with hands-on exposure to Factory Act, CLRA (if applicable), Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Minimum Wages Act.

Formación

• Min 10 years of experience as Plant HR.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant (not corporate office).
• Strong knowledge of labour and employment acts including Factory Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Minimum Wages Act.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Employee Welfare, Training & Development in the plant.
• Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Manage HR operations specifically for the manufacturing site.
