Job summary

Lead Hr Services is seeking a Plant HR Manager for the Bengaluru plant. The role covers end-to-end HR across group companies, including recruitment, industrial relations, compliance, and shop-floor HR responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of overall experience with 4–5 years in Plant HR, holding MBA HR / MSW / MHRM, and willing to manage plant-level HR operations in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG degree in HR or related field (MBA HR / MSW / MHRM).
• 8–12 years of total experience with 4–5 years in Plant HR.
• Location Bengaluru and willing to handle plant HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end HR for the group companies and the Bengaluru plant including recruitment, IR, compliance and shop-floor HR.
• Handle plant recruitment and manpower planning.
• Manage labour laws and factory compliance.
• Experience with contract labour handling and shift manpower management.
• Maintain personnel life cycle activities: induction, onboarding, confirmation, transfers.
• Oversee industrial relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and interfacing with management.
• Drive performance management processes and training & development programs.

HR Generalist to handle end-to-end HR for the Group Companies and the plant at Bengaluru including recruitment, IR, compliance, and shop-floor HR.

• Strong in plant recruitment


• Knowledge of labour laws and factory compliances


• Experience with contract labour handling and shift manpower management


• Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, Naukri portal


• Handling complete employee life cycle Induction, onboarding, confirmation, transfers


• Industrial Relations Handling personnel, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries and bridging the personnel with Management
