Job summary

Dlecta Foods in Maharashtra seeks an experienced Plant HR professional to manage all Industrial Relations activities, plan manpower, and oversee daily shift rosters, attendance, and leave records. The role requires hands-on IR leadership in a dairy/food manufacturing setting.

You will monitor contractor statutory compliance, wage records and address disciplinary matters, while ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable laws. Experience in FMCG manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-15 Years of experience in Plant HR, Industrial Relations, and Factory HR Operations, preferably in Dairy, Food Processing, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Process Industries.

Required Candidate profile
