• Bachelors / Masters degree; MBA-HR or HR specialization preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Manager role
• Strong working knowledge of ESI, PF, and Indian labour laws
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
• Experience in employee onboarding, contract management, and performance appraisal
