Confidential, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function in Bengaluru. You will partner with business leaders and report to Country Head and Group HR, ensuring robust people processes and compliance.

Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations, while shaping HR strategies to support rapid growth and a strong workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner in fast-paced fintech/startups.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Support business needs through ad hoc HR initiatives and projects.

We do this by using breakthrough technology and science to unlock unprecedented insights about credit risk and fraud from multiple data sources: phone, social networks, telco, financial and location data.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions. This role will partner closely with business leaders and report into the Country Head and Group HR leadership.
