The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of stakeholder management and delivery skills, coupled with analytical acumen and team leadership abilities.

Must Have Atleast 8 years of experience in working in Financial Services Industry.

• A results-oriented, people-focused approach, committed to enhancing workplace relations.
• Proficiency in HR metrics, systems, and a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
