Job summary

Glorious Hr Services is seeking an HR Helpdesk professional based in Chennai to support HR Operations, HR Shared Services, and Workday HCM. The role involves handling employee queries via phone, email, and chat and ensuring timely ticket resolution.

You will log and track HR cases, assist with policies, benefits, payroll, leave and onboarding, and guide staff on Workday HCM self-service. Night shift, work-from-office, immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or HR Helpdesk.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Experience with ticketing/case management tools.
• Strong employee query resolution and communication skills.
• Understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and PII handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee queries through phone, email, and chat.
• Log, track, and resolve HR cases/tickets.
• Handle queries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave/time-off, and onboarding.
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution.
• Escalate complex queries to relevant HR teams.
• Monitor ticket aging and pending cases.

• Process basic HR transactions and data corrections in Workday.
• Track workflows, approvals, and pending HR processes.
• Perform employee data lookups and operational reporting.
