The role involves creating and optimizing Workday reports, transforming complex data into meaningful visuals, and supporting data-driven decisions across the organization.

The candidate will work with stakeholders, utilize Excel, Power BI and Tableau to deliver dashboards and reports that inform HR strategies and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/masters in HR/IS/Business or related field (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Reporting and HR data analysis experience.
• Experience with Workday Reporting in Advanced, Simple, Composite, Matrix, nBox, Search, Transposed and Trending.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience transforming complex datasets into meaningful visualizations to support data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Workday reporting tools.
• Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel power queries, macros, formulas, charts and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Workday Reporting - in Advanced, Simple, Composite, Matrix, nBox, Search, Transposed and Trending.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• The ideal candidate will have experience transforming complex datasets into meaningful visualizations and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
