Workforce Management Consultancy in Thane, Maharashtra, invites applications for an HR Helpdesk position. The role requires handling international voice process or international HR Helpdesk with 0–7 years of experience and a background in any Graduate/Postgraduate education.

You will work in 24/7 US shift rotations, providing helpdesk support to employees, line managers, vendors and third parties, and you will log all interactions in the ticketing system with precise notes.

Competenze

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
• 1–7 years of experience in international voice process or international HR Helpdesk.
• Shift: 24/7 with US shifts.

Mansioni
