Job summary

Adecco India is seeking an experienced HR Lead/HR Manager to drive the people function from Gurgaon (Sector 62). You will partner with business leaders, manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for leadership roles, and shape hiring strategies in a fast-growth environment.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in HR with HRBP and TA expertise, and a hands-on approach to recruitment, employee lifecycle, and policy development. This is an on-site, full-time role supporting D2C/consumer sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall HR experience with strong HRBP + Talent Acquisition exposure.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization is preferred.
• Prior experience in D2C, E-commerce, Consumer, Wellness, Beauty, FMCG or similar industries will be an advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership and niche hiring.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee engagement and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Should be comfortable working from the office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers on people-related matters and provide HRBP support.
• Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for critical and leadership positions.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management and exit processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive employee experience.
• Support performance management, goal setting and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes and systems as the organization scales.
• Work closely with leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure and manpower requirements.
• Track HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant initiatives.
• Support organizational culture-building and people initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
• Manage and mentor the HR/TA team, as applicable.
