Job summary

Purview Services seeks an experienced HR Head to lead our human resources function in Surat. You will develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth, oversee recruitment, training, and employee relations, and lead the HR team to meet objectives.

You will foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, and analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. The role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in HR leadership roles, ideally as HR Head or similar in a recruitment services firm.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed HR decisions.
