Job summary

Delfingen India is seeking an HR Generalist in Chennai to manage the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance reviews and separation. You will support attendance, leaves, and personnel file maintenance while ensuring payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance.

The role requires close collaboration with department heads to identify talent gaps and craft effective recruitment strategies, aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• End-to-end HR lifecycle experience including recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding.
• Experience in payroll, attendance and leave processes and personnel records.
• Proactive collaboration with department heads to identify gaps and attract candidates.
