ShopOS is seeking a People Associate to support day-to-day HR activities for the Bangalore and Chennai offices. You will help create a smooth and positive employee experience, with exposure to operations, engagement, and hiring in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Assist attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Employee Experience & Engagement: Organize events, collect feedback, support engagement initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition (TA): Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates; maintain trackers.
• General Support: Coordinate with HR, Admin, IT for day-to-day needs and queries.

Role Overview

As a People Associate, you will support day-to-day HR activities for the Bangalore office and help create a smooth and positive employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career and looking to gain hands‑on exposure across HR operations, employee engagement, and hiring in a fast‑paced startup.

What You’ll Do

HR Operations

• Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs
• Support onboarding activities including documentation and orientation
• Help maintain employee records and HR systems

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Help organize employee events, team activities, and celebrations
• Support feedback collection and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with performance review cycles and documentation

Talent Acquisition (TA)

• Support scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
• Assist in sourcing profiles and maintaining candidate trackers

General Support

• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Admin, IT) for day‑to‑day requirements
• Be a point of contact for basic employee queries and support
