Job summary

Anantam Hr Surat is seeking a capable HR Operations professional to manage payroll, attendance and related HR processes. The role involves end-to-end payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, overtime and shift management, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

You will also prepare HR/Payroll MIS and reports and respond to employee payroll queries with accuracy and confidentiality. This is an on-site position in Surat, India.

• Good Communication & Coordination skills
• Able to handle HR operations independently
