Overview
HR professional manages the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, and training to payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. Key responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work culture, managing employee relations, and developing strategic HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates; managing job descriptions and hiring processes.
- Onboarding & Training: Conducting new hire orientations, training, and development programs.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Processing payroll, bonuses, and managing employee benefits (health insurance, leave, etc.).
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, creating company policies, and maintaining employee records.
- Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisals, promotions, and addressing performance issues.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Resolving workplace conflicts, improving employee satisfaction, and fostering a positive culture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, HRIS, or generalist affairs.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices.
