Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency).
• Hands-on experience with various selection methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications; perform job analysis to document requirements.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to boards, papers, colleges, etc.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates via databases, social media and other platforms.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices; maintain the recruitment database.
• Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during selection.
• Recruitment and manpower reporting; collaborate with department heads on hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and campus events; ensure compliance with employment laws.
