Job summary

Enrich Agro Food Products seeks a capable HR/Administration professional to manage office operations, attendance, payroll processes, and travel-related services at the plant level in Haryana. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities and support functions.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for travel admin, visitor management at plant level.
  • Organize training programs and events for staff.
  • Manage time-office and payroll attendance for both on-roll and contractual staff.
  • Handle office contracts for travel, hotels, cars, rentals, and asset renewals.
  • Coordinate with EHS for safety culture and 5S initiatives in office and plant.
  • Supervise housekeeping and security teams to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Maintain records retention, retrieval, transfer and disposal procedures.
  • Design and implement office policies and procedures; monitor standards and adjust as needed.
  • Recruit, select and train staff to meet plant requirements; assist space planning and renovations as needed.

Role & responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities like gate moments, attendance system, supplies for canteen, etc.
  • One-point contact for all travel-related administrative services and visitor management (including travel, boarding, lodging, food arrangement, etc.) at the plant level.
  • Helping the team to organize training, programs, and events.
  • Responsible for time-office management for both on-roll and contractual employees. Maintains all the compliance related to attendance and manpower, ensuring timely payroll attendance preparation and submission.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, reviewing and providing office and plant supply requisitions, and working on clerical functions.
  • Responsible for office contracts related to administrative services like travel, hotels, cars, rentals, asset insurance renewals, etc., adapting a leaner approach.
  • Keeping Health, safety, and the Environment as a top priority by coordinating with the EHS team to develop the Safety culture and 5S fostering a safe and healthy office and plant environment.
  • Responsible for handling the housekeeping team at maintaining the highest standards of personal and workplace hygiene.
  • Responsible for handling the security team at the plant by facilitating them with all the needs necessary to execute their tasks with utmost accuracy and proficiency.
  • Keeping all the historical references by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintains optimum manpower by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees for plant requirements.
  • Coordinate and participates in office space planning, maintenance, and renovations when necessary.
  • Undertakes such other duties as may be required to support the business including always maintaining business continuity.
  • Conducting safety training sessions for employees and keeping records of training attendance and completion.
  • Maintaining and updating the safety manual, accident report forms, and other safety-related documents.
  • Ensuring that all safety-related regulations, laws, and guidelines are adhered to by the organization and its employees.
  • Investigating and documenting workplace accidents and incidents and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Participating in safety committees and working groups to develop safety initiatives and programs.
  • Keeping up-to-date with new safety regulations, laws, and guidelines and making recommendations for their implementation in the organization.
  • Participating in emergency response procedures and drills
Experience:- 2-4 Years in HR Domain
Qualification:-

MBA / Equivalent to MBA
