• 1–3 years of practical experience in HR operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.

• Experience in engineering, construction, MEP, or BIM company is an added advantage.
• PF, ESI, professional tax, and TDS coordination as relevant to the establishment.
