SPC Universal Pvt. Ltd. in Coimbatore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.

The successful candidate will drive a proactive, compliant HR culture, manage onboarding, training, workforce planning and alignment with labor laws, while partnering with department heads to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, PF ,ESI and labor law compliance.
• Experience in performance management and HR policy implementation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
