Candidates should possess excellent sourcing skills and experience of 6 months to over a year. The role involves screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining relationships with candidates. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, dynamic, and possess good communication skills. Familiarity with ATS software like Zoho - Recruit and job boards such as Naukri and LinkedIn is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience of 6 months to 1+ years in recruitment.
• Good knowledge of resume screening.
• Working experience on any ATS software is a plus.
