About the Role

Saburi Ply is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support the organization's recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR generalist activities, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Factory, and Corporate positions.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
  

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
  
• Prepare employee documentation and maintain personnel records.
  
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.
