Manufacturing Firm (Undisclosed) in Karnataka is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage joining formalities, payroll processing, attendance, and statutory compliance within a manufacturing setting.

The role requires handling grievances, salary administration, PF compliance, and benefits management, ensuring accurate records and effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.

Competenze

• 4-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll management, leave management, attendance maintenance, salary administration, PF, statutory compliance, and grievance handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
• Compulsory languages known: English and Kannada
• Preferable languages known: Hindi and Telugu
