Job summary

QuadLabs Technologies in India seeks an IT Recruiter to manage core IT and non‑IT recruitment end‑to‑end, from junior to senior roles. The role includes proactive coordination with managers, cost‑effective sourcing, and screening for salary/tech fit.

You will conduct telephonic and technical interviews, negotiate offers, and drive onboarding, with exposure to campus and off‑campus hiring and vendor partnerships.

• Should have at-least experience in IT Recruitments.
• MBA HR from a reputed University.
• Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle core IT & Non-IT recruitment from junior to senior levels.
• Coordinate with managers to gather openings and updates.
• Plan and implement cost‑effective sourcing from Campus, Portals, Walk‑ins, referrals, and vendors.
• Coordinate with job portals and negotiate tie‑ups.
• Screen CVs, validate profiles for salary, tech fit, and communication.
• Pre‑screen candidates, conduct telephonic and technical interviews.
• Source profiles via agencies/portals and maintain databank.
• Complete docs, HR interviews, and salary negotiations.
• Perform reference checks, issue offers, and follow until onboarding.
• Plan off-campus/on-campus hiring for freshers.
• Monitor QuadLabs Career site and post/remove jobs.
• Build database via referrals and headhunting.
• Issue offer letters and appointment letters.
• Conduct exit interviews for resignations/terminations.
• Support employee retention and engagement activities.
• Prepare MIS reports for management monthly/quarterly/yearly.

• Handling the entire core IT & Non - IT Recruitment from junior level to senior level.
• Proactive Coordination with different Managers to gather & be updated on the open requirements and imminent openings.
• Planning & implementing cost effective sourcing strategies from Campus, Employee Referral, Portals, Walk-Ins, Mass-mailing, Job Posting, Cold calling, Online social networks or External vendors.
• Coordinating with the job portals to have a tie - up and negotiating with them for the same.
• Searching CVs, validating the profiles in terms of Salary, technical matching, Communication, confidence level etc.
• Execute Pre-Screening of the profiles, Conducting Telephonic Interviews, Organizing Technical test & Conducting Technical interviews.
• Sourcing profiles through various agencies, portals and managing a databank for future requirement.
• Completing documentation, taking HR interviews, salary negotiation etc.
• Reference Checking, Issuing offer Letter and continuous follow up until On-boarding.
• Planning and execution of Off-Campus and On-Campus hiring for Fresher.
  Monitoring QuadLabs Career site, posting new jobs & removal of closed jobs.
• Building the database through References, Buddy Referral Scheme and Head Hunting.
• Issuance of Offer letter, Appointment Letter.
• Conducting exit interview process for resigned / terminated employees
• Retention of Employees.
• Handling the various employee engagement activities.
• Preparing MIS reports and sharing them with Management on monthly/quarterly/Yearly basis.
