Job Description

• Managing the recruitment & onboarding process
• Responsible for Background Verification process through 3rd Party agencies.
• Drive employee engagement Initiatives for the Business.
• Drive the Performance Management & Talent Development agenda for the business.
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests
• Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-levelling
• Preparing HR analytics related to recruitment, attrition & HR dashboard
• Managing the payroll inputs for respective business lines.
• Responsible for driving Compliances.
