Job summary

Eurofins|Spectro is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Delhi with 3-5 years of experience in the accounting domain. The role requires hands-on Tally Prime skills, customer receipts bookings, TDS reconciliations, AR ageing, and support for month-end activities.

The ideal candidate will have B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) and strong analytical abilities, coupled with good communication and presentation skills to collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• B.com/M.com/MBA(Finance) with 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Hands-on experience in Tally Prime is required.
• Experience in customer receipts booking, TDS reconciliations, and AR ageing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Book customer receipts in the system and manage accounts receivable processes.
• Perform TDS reconciliations and allocate customer receipts bookings.
• Prepare AR ageing reports and assist collections with ageing insights.
• Support month-end activities, including bad debt provision calculations as per group guidelines.

Job Description

• 1. B. Com having 3-5 years of experience in Accounting domain
• 2. Must have hands on experience in Tally Prime system
• 4. Customer receipts booking in system
• 5. TDS reconciliations
• 6. Allocation of customer receipts bookings
• 7. Customer account reconciliations and balance confirmations
• 8. Month-end activities such as bad debt provision calculation as per Group guidelines
• 9. Preparing AR ageing reports in desired formats
• 10. Facilitating Collection team in preparing ageing reports
