Job summary

N Human Resources & Management Systems in Raipur is seeking an HR Operations Specialist/Manager with 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience to oversee recruitment, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance for 100–300 employees. The role includes onboarding, attendance, and records management.

You will ensure PF/ESI/PT/LWF compliance, handle grievances, drive engagement, support performance reviews, and generate HR MIS.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience handling 100–300 employees independently.
• Strong knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT/LWF).

• Support performance management and annual appraisal processes.
