Job summary

Snapmint is hiring an enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR tasks and drive process improvements. Based in Mumbai, you will coordinate across departments, maintain employee data in Excel, and assist with onboarding and documentation.

A PPO may be offered based on performance during the internship. Candidates pursuing management studies with strong communication and a passion for AI in HR are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing management studies (BMS/BBA) or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Interest in AI tools and their HR applications.
• Ability to take initiative and own tasks.
