Job summary

Infinity Learn is seeking an Assistant Manager, HR Compliance in Hyderabad to safeguard statutory compliance, labour law adherence, audit readiness, and governance across the organization. You will manage filings for PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc., maintain records, monitor law changes, and coordinate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external consultants to ensure seamless compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in HR and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll compliance, PF, ESI, and related regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, compliance tracking, documentation, and audit management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and payments related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, LWF, and other compliances.
• Maintain statutory registers, compliance records, licences, returns, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure implementation of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic HR compliance audits, identify gaps, and drive timely closure of audit observations.
• Maintain the statutory compliance calendar and publish periodic compliance dashboards.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, HRBPs, Legal, and external consultants to ensure compliance adherence.
• Support POSH compliance, employee documentation, regulatory inspections, and audit requirements.
