Job summary

Narayana Health (NH) is seeking a role focused on manpower vendor coordination and HR compliance in Karnataka. The candidate will manage vendor interactions, ensure deployment and compliance, and support audit tools, with close liaison to central compliance and EY tools.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, Kannada proficiency, and experience in HR compliance, supporting day-to-day employee queries and audits within a healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate is acceptable.
• Kannada communication is mandatory.
• HR compliance experience preferred.
• Vendor coordination with manpower suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Manpower Vendors and ensure manpower deployment & compliance.
• Monthly invoice process of manpower vendors, SRN, provision report, headcount reco, MIS.
• Coordinate with Vendor and follow up on compliance on Ascent vendor audit tool.
• Coordinate with Ascent & central compliance team for stat displays, handling of inspections.
• Handle audits & day to day queries of employees.
• EY compliance tool owner responsibility.
