Job summary

SLN Corp Solutions is hiring a Hiring Compliance Executive/Sr Executive in Bengaluru (Basavanagudi, with travel to Electronic City 2-3 days a week). You will manage statutory compliance across PF/EPFO, ESIC, Labour Welfare, CLRA, and related returns, ensuring accurate documentation and audits.

Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory; other languages are a bonus. The role requires government liaison, MIS reporting, and the ability to independently handle multiple locations and portals.

Qualifications

• Strong statutory knowledge and ability to apply it across multiple acts.
• Excellent documentation and MIS reporting skills.
• Ability to independently handle several locations and portals.
• Experience with audits and compliance processes.
• Fluent in English and Kannada; other languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• PF/EPFO registrations, transfers, declarations, claims and notices.
• ESIC registrations, updates, Aadhaar/UAN linking and returns.
• Karnataka Labour Welfare Board & Labour Welfare Fund compliance.
• CLRA licences, renewals, returns and labour inspections.
• Shops & Establishments compliance and statutory returns.
• Coordinate statutory benefits like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & LWF.
• Liaise with government departments and manage follow-ups.
• Conduct statutory awareness sessions for employees.
• Prepare client/office compliance documentation and renewals.
