About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-first HR Business Partner to join the FirstClub team and closely partner with our Customer Experience (CX) function. In this role, you will work directly with frontline teams, team leads, quality, training, and operations stakeholders to build a high-performance and high-trust work culture.

This is a highly operational and employee-centric role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about employee engagement, retention, performance management, and workplace culture.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with CX managers, team leads, and operations stakeholders on all people-related matters
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for the Customer Experience organization
• Support managers with employee concerns, conflict resolution, coaching, and team effectiveness
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored for frontline CX teams
• Build feedback mechanisms to continuously understand employee experiences and workplace challenges
• Improve the overall employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to development conversations
• Identify trends related to attrition, absenteeism, burnout, and employee dissatisfaction
• Partner with managers to improve goal setting, feedback quality, and performance conversations
• Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, employee documentation, and policy execution
• Ensure HR processes are practical, employee-friendly, and aligned with operational needs
• Handle employee grievances and sensitive workplace matters with maturity, empathy, and professionalism

What We're Looking for

• 4 to 6 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles, preferably within CX, operations, retail, BPO, QSR, logistics, or high-volume workforce environments
• Strong comfort working closely with frontline teams in a highly operational setup
• High ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
• Strong people judgment, conflict resolution, and employee management capabilities
• Experience managing performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and HR operations end-to-end
