Job summary

ElectricPe in India is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to own the hiring and onboarding processes for a fast-growing retail and engineering team. You'll be expected to recruit 20-30 individuals this year for various roles across retail floors and HQ.

The role involves managing the recruitment process, running training sessions for managers, and collaborating with leadership on compensation and headcount planning.

Data literacy is critical, focusing on offer-acceptance rates and attrition metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR, ideally at a high-growth B2C or retail company.
• Comfort recruiting blue + grey-collar roles as well as tech.
• Data-literate: you own offer-acceptance rates and attrition metrics.
