What You'll Own
1. Employer Brand Storytelling
- Own HR's LinkedIn voice; publish regular articles/posts on culture, leaders & initiatives; source authentic people stories; track visibility/engagement metrics.
2. Talent Attraction Content
- Turn HR initiatives, DEI, and wins into candidate-pulling content; run a content calendar tied to hiring goals; partner with TA on pipeline impact.
3. Learning & Instructional Design
- Build engaging e-learning (onboarding, leadership, compliance) using ADDIE/microlearning/gamification; own the full learner experience content to interface.
4. HR Interface & Digital Experience
- Help Improve UX of HR portals, LMS, and performance tools; partner with HR Tech/Company Tech Team on more intuitive interfaces; bring a product mind-set to HR processes.
5. Feedback-to-Solution Loop
- Gather real-time input from senior HR/business leaders; convert it fast into creative digital fixes; pilot new formats (video, dashboards, AI, chat-bots).
6. HR Hype & Culture Building
- Make HR initiatives exciting, not mandatory campaigns, countdowns, recognition moments; align with Corp Comms while keeping a distinct people-first voice.
What You Bring
- 710+ yrs across employer branding, HR comms, content/social strategy, instructional design, or L&D
- Proven LinkedIn growth/engagement track record
- Hands-on e-learning tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, Canva) + LMS familiarity
- Strong storytelling/writing skills
- UX/design sensibility (non-technical, experience-focused)
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders (CHRO/CXO level)
- Data-driven — tracks content & learning engagement metrics
- Self-directed, creative, multi-hat operator
Tech Collaboration Skills
- Understands API basics and how HR systems integrate (webhooks, SSO, data sync) — enough to scope requests to tech, not build them
- Working knowledge of ERP/HRIS structure (modules, data flow, permissions) to know what's customizable vs. what needs a dev sprint
- Hands-on with no-code/low-code tools (Power Apps, Airtable, Glide) to prototype dashboards or micro-tools independently
- Comfortable with structured data and basic dashboarding (Excel, Power BI/Tableau) to translate ideas into visual specs
- Familiar with product/dev workflows (sprints, Jira tickets) and light wireframing (Figma) to write clear requirements and mock up interfaces
- Understands PII/data privacy basics relevant to HR data when collaborating with IT/security on integrations
