Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a talented content specialist to write SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and long-form guides targeting HR Tech and L&D decision-makers.

You will develop LinkedIn thought leadership content, nurture email campaigns, webinar scripts, gated assets, and sales enablement content while collaborating with SDR and marketing teams to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Write SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and long-form guides targeting HR Tech and L&D decision-makers
• Create high-quality LinkedIn thought leadership content and support executive ghostwriting
• Develop email campaigns for nurture programs and outbound SDR cadences
• Write webinar scripts, landing page copy, and post-event recap content
• Create gated assets such as whitepapers, migration checklists, and industry guides
• Develop sales enablement content including one-pagers, discovery guides, and basic battlecards
• Produce client-facing collateral such as case studies and capability decks
• Manage and maintain LinkedIn content calendar for company page
• Support multi-channel campaigns across blogs, email, social, and events
• Collaborate with SDR and marketing teams to drive demand generation and pipeline growth
• Apply SEO best practices and align content with buyer journey stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
• Adapt messaging and tone for global audiences (AMER, UK, Europe, GCC, APAC)
• Use CMS platforms (HubSpot or similar) for publishing and optimization
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude) and editorial tools for efficiency and quality
• Manage multiple content projects independently and meet tight deadlines
