• Manage the document lifecycle from creation through retirement.
• Ensure content meets legal, regulatory, organizational, quality, and compliance standards.
• Create, edit, and optimize FAQs, knowledge base articles, documents, newsletters, chatbot scripts, and HR communications.
• Translate complex HR policies, benefits, and processes into clear, user-friendly content for a global audience.
• Support HR content expansion by identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Manage and optimize HR portals, knowledge bases, and chatbots.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of AI-tool content management.
• Monitor chatbot functionality, update content, track performance, and integrate user feedback.
• Collaborate with global HR stakeholders to understand content needs and deliver aligned solutions.
• Manage external vendor relationships and adherence to SLAs.
• Liaise between the GHR service center and HR, IT, Privacy, Risk, Communications, and other departments.
• Manage BAU content creation, publishing, and maintenance.
• Monitor content performance and feedback, generate reports, and demonstrate ROI.
• Implement feedback loops to improve content quality and user satisfaction.
• Oversee publishing and conduct regular content audits.
• Manage updates and revisions based on policy changes, feedback, and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Human resources or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in content management, preferably within HR or employee or customer facing environment.
• 5+ years in HR content management and content writing
• Strong writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
• Experience managing content platforms, including knowledge bases, HR portals and chatbot.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in content management
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working in global or multi-regional organization.
• Knowledge of content governance, document management lifecycle, and content standards
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Microsoft office Suite, and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Trello, etc.)
• Outstanding written English Skills
