Zoho is seeking an experienced HR & Workforce Operations professional to join our India-based back-office team supporting an Australian healthcare organization.

You will handle day-to-day HR and workforce administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, compliance, training coordination, employee records, and operational reporting, coordinating with international stakeholders from India.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or postgraduate in HR, business management or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations or workforce operations.
  • Experience onboarding, HR administration, documentation and compliance.
  • Process-driven, detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.
  • Experience coordinating with international stakeholders from India.

  • Manage day-to-day HR and workforce administration for the Australian business.
  • Coordinate recruitment support, onboarding, induction, documentation and ongoing administration.

HR Associate operations & Workforce Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR & Workforce Operations professional to join our India-based back-office team supporting an Australian organisation operating in the healthcare sector.

The role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR and workforce operations, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, workforce administration, documentation, compliance, training coordination, employee records and operational reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume, process-driven HR or workforce operations environment and be comfortable coordinating with international stakeholders. Exposure to healthcare, healthcare staffing, care services or Australian operations would be an advantage

Industry Preference: Healthcare, Healthcare Staffing, Care Services, Shared Services or similar high-volume operations

Key Responsibilities

HR & Workforce Operations
  • Manage day-to-day HR and workforce administration for the Australian business.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment support, onboarding, induction, documentation and ongoing employee administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and workforce data.
  • Ensure HR and workforce processes are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Respond to and coordinate routine employee and operational requirements.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support recruitment activities including job advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination and selection processes.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and required pre-employment formalities.
  • Coordinate induction and initial training requirements for new joiners.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure employees are operationally ready to commence their roles.
Workforce Coordination
  • Support workforce-related activities such as staff coordination, allocation, scheduling/rostering and availability management, where applicable to the role.
  • Coordinate with employees and operational stakeholders to address day-to-day workforce requirements.
  • Support timely resolution of workforce administration, scheduling and documentation issues.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain required employee compliance documentation and records.
  • Track employee certifications, mandatory requirements and renewal dates.
  • Coordinate annual competency and renewal training with third-party training providers as required.
  • Follow established processes to support compliance with applicable organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
Employee Relations & HR Support
  • Provide operational support for employee relations matters.
  • Assist with performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation relating to employee matters.
Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Prepare regular operational reports covering areas such as hiring, onboarding, workforce status, training and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HR/workforce data and trackers.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improved efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time.
  • Support standardisation and continuous improvement of HR and workforce processes.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with stakeholders in Australia to understand and respond to HR and workforce requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams, employees and external service providers.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-through on operational requirements.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
  • Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Workforce Operations, People Operations, HR Shared Services, Staffing Operations or a similar operational role.
  • Experience handling employee onboarding, HR administration, documentation and compliance.
  • Experience working in a, process-oriented environment.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder-management capability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with international stakeholders and supporting an overseas business from India.
